It helps in exfoliating the scalp and cleaning out the dead skin. Just take two aspirin tablets and crush them to a powder. Mix it with a blob of shampoo and apply to the scalp. Massage well and leave for a few minutes. Wash well with shampoo until all the powder is removed. Or you can mix three aspirins with one tablespoon of vinegar.
